Your content
You own what you send and post. You give us permission to store, process and deliver it only as needed to run KALMNI. Encrypted chats stay unreadable to us.

Only help people who asked for it and only control a phone with its owner's approval. Never ask for passwords, bank details or verification codes.
KALMNI AI
KALMNI AI gives short, simple everyday help and can be wrong. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. It doesn't create images or videos. Each user has a daily limit of questions.
Market
Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other. We are not a party to sales, don't check items or payments, and aren't responsible for them. Meet in public places and never pay strangers in advance.
Games
Games are for fun. No real-money betting or prizes.
The service
We work hard to keep KALMNI running, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Law
