Delete your KALMNI account
You can delete your account at any time, right inside the app. No phone call or email is needed.
In the app
- Open KALMNI and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete account.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photo, about and phone number
- Your messages, photos, voice notes and files stored on KALMNI's server
- Your stories, posts, comments, likes and Market listings
- Your contacts, blocked list, games, reports you made and Kalmni AI history
- Your encryption keys and the data saved on your phone
You leave all your groups. Chats other people had with you stay with them, shown as "Deleted account". Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. You can sign up again later with the same number, as a new account.
Messages in private chats and groups are end-to-end encrypted: KALMNI never had their text. Nightly server backups are kept for at most 2 days, after which your deleted data is gone from them too.
Can't open the app?
Email support@kalmni.app from any address with the phone number of your account (with country code). We'll confirm by text message to that number and delete the account within 7 days.
حذف حسابك في كلمني
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق مباشرةً، دون الحاجة إلى اتصال أو بريد إلكتروني.
من داخل التطبيق
- افتح كلمني واذهب إلى الإعدادات.
- انزل إلى الحساب واضغط حذف حسابي.
- اكتب حذف ثم اضغط حذف الحساب.
ما الذي يُحذف
- ملفك الشخصي وصورتك ونبذتك ورقم هاتفك
- رسائلك وصورك ورسائلك الصوتية وملفاتك المحفوظة على خادم كلمني
- قصصك ومنشوراتك وتعليقاتك وإعجاباتك وإعلاناتك في السوق
- جهات اتصالك وقائمة الحظر وألعابك والبلاغات التي أرسلتها وسجل كلمني AI
- مفاتيح التشفير والبيانات المحفوظة على هاتفك
ستغادر جميع مجموعاتك. تبقى الدردشات التي أجراها الآخرون معك لديهم وتظهر باسم «حساب محذوف». الحذف فوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. يمكنك التسجيل لاحقاً بالرقم نفسه كحساب جديد.
الرسائل في الدردشات الخاصة والمجموعات مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف: لم يطّلع كلمني أبداً على نصها. تُحفظ النسخ الاحتياطية الليلية للخادم لمدة يومين كحد أقصى، وبعدها تختفي بياناتك المحذوفة منها أيضاً.
لا تستطيع فتح التطبيق؟
راسلنا على support@kalmni.app من أي عنوان مع رقم هاتف حسابك (مع رمز الدولة). سنؤكد الطلب برسالة نصية إلى ذلك الرقم ونحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام.
